Imperial Construction and Carpentry INC

Imperial Construction and Carpentry INC is based in Franklin, MA. Its website describes it as a family-owned business with over 15 years of experience. Roof and siding work is what customers hire it for. A recent review says Brian and his crew handled repairs on a family's siding and roof, and when the family noticed algae smudges on siding outside the contracted repair, he cleaned them up. Another recent customer got a free estimate from Brian Cela, and they finished replacing the whole roof in one day. A third recent customer has hired Brian multiple times for roof repair, ceiling repair, and cleaning snow off the roof and gutter. A recent review also says Brian and his team restored a deck, with Brian communicating regularly through to timely completion. In a 2026 review, they removed two layers of shingles, replaced rotten deck boards with new CDX boards, cleaned up afterwards and repaired siding for free. In another 2026 review, Brian, his dad and the rest of the crew completed a full siding replacement, working through extremely cold temperatures to finish on time. Segundo and his crew installed a new asphalt roof on a house in Holliston in 2026 and cleaned up before leaving, with not a single nail left behind. A 2026 bathroom project also took on a ceiling fan replacement, electric outlets and painted walls. In a 2025 review, a customer who hired them to move a roof vent ahead of a solar install says Segundo recommended a full roof replacement because of underlying water damage and the added weight of the panels, with photo evidence; the job was scheduled on short notice and the cleanup was spotless. In 2023, they installed gutters at a new construction home. An OSHA inspection of the business resulted in 2 citations and cumulative proposed penalties of $5,358.00, according to svepnavigator.com.
