Kevin's Handyman Services

Kevin's Handyman Services is a one-employee operation run by Kevin Bellavance out of Fall River, taking on jobs that span more than one trade — wall repairs, door installs, flooring, and duct work for a kitchen vent hood. The seven Google reviews on file, dating back to September 2024, describe hands-on specifics rather than general praise: one customer had a wall repaired, a new door hung, painting done, and LVP flooring laid in the same visit; another called him in to remove an old range hood, measure and build new duct work, and get a vent working cleanly with a secure, leak-free fit. A different review described him working day and night to flip a rental unit, with an eye for design and clear communication about any added work along the way. One thing worth knowing before calling: the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, filed under Kevin Bellavance, went into effect in 2018 and expired in May 2020 without being renewed since. Its BBB file has been open since 2018 but carries no rating, and BBB lists a different phone number than the one the business publishes on Google and Yelp — worth confirming you have the right contact before reaching out. Kevin's looks like a fit for smaller, mixed-trade repair jobs rather than a permitted general-contracting project — confirm current registration status and get a clear scope in writing before signing on for anything larger.
