Kim made the entire process from start through finish so much less stressful. She was great at communicating and responding to my any time I had questions. She is professional, friendly, knowledgable, and really great at answering any questions I had. I appreciated that Kim understood what it was we were looking for in a home and location and provided some options that fit within those parameters, but also was flexible when we find a new location or have new ideas. One thing I really appreciated is Kim knowing or finding the answers for any question I had and really appreciated the contact options she provided for the various people (loan officer, attorney, home inspectors, etc.) that you will end up needing.
