A 2023 customer who bought an off-brand mini-split wrote that Kingdom Cooling took the time to learn the installation and stayed within budget, even working late one night. A 2022 reviewer, a property manager, said Gerry answered a no-heat call after dark on a Friday, diagnosed the issue and picked up the part personally from a supplier over twenty miles away.
