They showed up on time and completed everything in a very reasonable time. And when they showed up, they asked to take off their shoes and when they left, you'd never know they were here! I had a deadline for an insurance inspection with a couple of plumbing related issues to be completed. I called J.Davey Mechanical Contracting and received a request for an estimate WITHIN TWO HOURS. Josh arrived when he said he would, provided an estimate an hour later, and scheduled the work for the next morning at 8am. The two man crew arrived to perform the prescribed work on my gas boiler and toilet flange swap from 1970 cast iron stack. They were competent and efficient, and the job was completed by noon. Literally LESS than 24 hours from first call to complete. While I rarely have a visit from tradespeople where I say "that was cheap" ... price was fair IMO, especially given their near instantaneous mobilization. I have a tagline for them..."small enough to care, large enough to get the job done."

Had Josh come over himself to personally inspect what we are dealing with concerning our dishwasher. Over an hour later, with some resolve, he knew an actual service is what would be needed to REALLY GET OUT all the gunk. NO CHARGE is what Josh said knowing what we would be dealing with. I MEAN COME ON… UNHEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DON’T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. They do what needs to be done (without eating up the clock incurring more fees) plus whatever extras (within reason) are necessary without charging you for all the extras and they are always professional, courteous, and polite. This review includes two jobs combined because of the difficulty trying to leave a review for another job.
