Kloter Light Excavation is an Ellington site-work outfit. Its website describes it as a family-owned and operated site work company and says it has been in business 13 years. A recent customer said Johnny, the owner, came first thing on a Monday morning to excavate the site for a new 12 by 24 shed. A 2026 customer said Johnny and crew came right on time to do site prep for a new shed. Some jobs run larger. One recent customer listed a retaining wall, patio extension, staircase install, landscape beds, a riprap wall, grading and lawn restoration, and said John communicated every step of the way. A customer who had large trees felled along the perimeter of the yard hired John to grade the cleared area for seed; John worked around unplanned days of rain, and the customer said the yard came out better than they envisioned. A customer said the gentlemen came to prepare a site pad for a garage and called the prices reasonable. A 2022 customer said John had prepared a number of sites for them over the last couple of years, discussed cost to get approval before starting work, and dug for irrigation lines before using the heavy equipment.
Johnny the owner came first thing on a Monday morning to excavate the site for a new 12 by 24 shed. He was communicative, friendly and did an outstanding job I would recommend him for any Excavating job! He is an excellent representative of the Kloter Team!
Highly recommend! John was fantastic to work with from day one until completion. He took our vision and made it a reality- retaining wall, patio extension, staircase install, landscape beds, riprap wall, grading, and lawn restoration. He made it simple and communicated every step of the way to ensure we were satisfied. Very happy with the results.
I reached out to John after having a significant amount of large trees felled along the perimeter of my yard. I needed to have this new cleared area graded and ready for seed. John walked the property and talked me through how he’d plan to accomplish our goals. He had additional recommendations for transitioning the lawn to the wooded area with wood chips. We liked the plan, the timeline and the price and signed on with John. All along the way through the project John had perfect communication. He was able to work around some pretty tough unplanned days of rain without a hiccup. In the end the yard came out better than we envisioned it and were completely satisfied with our experience and the outcome. I highly recommend John and would gladly be the first person I’d call if I need any site work in the future.
Kloter farms are nothing but the best. The gentlemen came to prepare a site pad for a garage and they were extremely professional and they did an excellent job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else . We purchased a shed 5 years ago and they also did an excellent job! Their prices are reasonable and their employees are very nice and very helpful I will always recommend them ! They are the best !
Johnny and crew came right on time and did a beautiful job. They did site prep work for our new shed. Professional and top notch service!
