In an October 2023 review, a customer said Silas painted the exterior of their house including the trim, hung new shutters and lights, and replaced boards where there was water damage. Another that same month hired him to stain an aging deck and described a restoration instead, down to trimming the shrubs encroaching on it. A September 2023 reviewer with a large shingle style home from 1893 said it had never looked better. Speed comes up as well. A July 2025 customer said KLS was the first to respond, met the same day for the estimate and had the project completed within 48 hrs; on a May 2024 interior job, a customer said he moved furniture and other clutter they had not got to, arrived when he said he would and finished ahead of time.
