That is a remodel-of-an-older-house story rather than a straight new build, and it lines up with the kitchen and flooring categories the BBB lists. The business also turned up in a March 2021 New Hampshire Business Review piece on the state's contractors, where Baier described losing every indoor project at the start of the pandemic and then seeing demand come back hard — a passing profile rather than an assessment of the work. What there is not much of is volume.
