Parked next to their van in the family dollar parking lot. Noticed they were drinking twisted teas in the company vehicle, both driver and passenger. When they came out of the family dollar, they had more twisted teas. Drinking and driving is not something Id ever support in a business.
Guy parked me in at Texas Roadhouse with his big van as I was getting out of my car with my 2 year old then laughed when I asked him to move and walked inside to the bar with a co worker and started drinking in the company van outside.
I had an excellent experience with these guys. Down to earth but still very professional. Feels like a real family business. They stuck to the price of their estimate even when they had to move my propane tank and re-position an outside unit at my request. They provided the estimate promptly, and itemized it well. They answered all my questions in easy to understand language. At my home, they were respectful to my wife, and very kind to my kids and my dogs. They were available to do the work very quickly when everyone else was booking out several months. After the job was done, I contacted them on a Saturday regarding the propane tank they moved having air in the line, not expecting to hear back until Monday. They got back to me within 1 hour and actually sent out one of their guys immediately to help fix the issue. I can't say enough about these folks. Great experience, 5 stars, would hire again anytime.
Kool it work truck tailgated me at the speed limit. When I showed down it continued to tailgate me even closer until it swerved around me.
