KRD Construction, Inc.

KRD Construction works low-slope roofs — flat, foam and single-ply systems more typical of additions, garages and commercial buildings than a standard shingle roof — out of Charlton, Massachusetts. HomeAdvisor's profile for the company says it has 20 years of experience and offers free estimates and warranties; reviewers name the principal as Dawid, also written David. The written record is short — 10 HomeAdvisor reviews from July 2023 to February 2024, every one five stars but a single 4.5 — but a clear pattern runs through it: reviewers keep mentioning crews that show up on time and finish early, with materials and timeline explained up front. A property manager who has hired the company repeatedly for a commercial building describes the crew as hardworking and the price good value; several others note job sites left clean with no debris behind. There's not much of a caution flag here yet — the record so far is uniformly positive but also small and concentrated in a seven-month stretch, so it's worth confirming current availability and pricing directly rather than assuming from a handful of reviews. A reasonable call for a flat, foam or single-ply roof — repair or full replacement, residential or commercial — where the reviews so far concentrate; confirm scope and timeline before booking.
