Frans was great at every aspect of my addition! I would highly recommend him to do any project in or outside of your house!

We initially contracted Frans to remodel two bathrooms for us. They came out beautifully, so we had him finish the loft above our garage as well. Frans does most of the work himself but for the couple of things that were subbed out, he was really on top of subs to do a good job, even once having some PASSABLE shower tile work redone without us asking. Reasonable rates and high quality work!! Great communication and put up with a bunch of questions and hemming hawing of material selection. Would recommend Farrugia contracting to anyone in MetroWest and beyond!

Frans always answers his phone. He’s a great communicator and shows up when he says he’s going to. If something comes up on his end, he calls and tells me when he will be there. The work was done beautifully and always addressed any concerns. I had he also comes back to fix things after the project is over. I can’t recommend him enough.

They have done multiple large projects for me. One was An addition which included bathroom, kitchen, and addition of 1000 sq footage. The second was a complete build of an income property. Both times I got more than what I asked for. Professionalism, price , and final product were top notch. I recommend Farrugia with highest regards.

Frans has helped me with multiple projects at multiple homes over the past ten years. I highly recommend! He is honest and will think outside the box to give you the best and the most cost effective solution. He takes tremendous pride in his work and wants you to love the finished product. Also, I called every reference (20+) he provided me before I awarded him his first project.
