KSE Garage Doors

After a customer accidentally backed into a garage door, KSE Garage Doors came the day they called, according to a July 2026 Google review. The customer praised communication from consultation through installation. Another reviewer writing that July described doors damaged by a snow-removal company: Jeff assessed the damage and provided a quote quickly, waited while the insurance payment was pending, then ordered and installed the replacements. KSE says it provides residential and commercial garage-door installation, repair and maintenance, including opener and spring repairs. Its website names Massachusetts communities from Auburn to Boston, offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service, and says the company has been in business for 13 years. Google lists a 5-star average from 615 ratings; Thumbtack lists 5 stars from 113 ratings. Customers describe work on both doors and the mechanisms that operate them. An April 2026 Google reviewer said Jeff arrived the next day and replaced the motor, cables and springs for the price quoted the previous evening. A May reviewer credited him with helping choose new doors and checking the measurements three times. In June, a customer with a three-car garage praised his assessment, communication and explanation of LiftMaster apps and remotes. A June Thumbtack customer said a new door was delivered on time and installed with precise alignment. Older customer accounts describe repairs as well. In an October 2025 Thumbtack review, a customer said KSE arrived within an hour and fixed a broken spring within an hour that night. A January 2018 HomeAdvisor reviewer described replacement of safety cables and springs, plus correction of the customer's faulty opener installation. A December 2017 customer said KSE repaired the door-opening problem and performed preventive maintenance on the opener. Pricing drew praise in several accounts, though an October 2019 HomeAdvisor reviewer said the repair cost a little more than they wanted to spend while still praising the quality and effectiveness. KSE's BBB page lists an A+ grade and accreditation. It also lists Massachusetts registration number 207359 as a directory claim.
