We hired KVM to build an attached garage with finished rooms above it back in 2022 when there were still significant supply chain issues post pandemic. Nobody was cheap back then and that includes KVM. What an experience. This was a big project and took a few months. We spent a LOT of time with Kevin's crew during the build and each one of his guys, including his subs, were guys I'd work with again without question. They were so friendly to us and our young kids, they played with our dogs every day, and honestly after they had finished we kind of missed having them around. They did very high quality work and left virtually no punch list at the end. It was done right the first time. Next house project we will hire them again for sure. Thank you fellas!
