We had Lance and his team renovate our primary ensuite bathroom. From the very beginning, Lance was honest and upfront about the costs of the project. He was very professional about giving itemized quotes and did everything in his power to stick to those numbers. He was great about making design suggestions while also supporting and affirming any ideas that my husband and I had. He's an excellent communicator in both being timely with updates and following up with other contractors. He was never too busy for a phone call and often called us to check in. Lance has very high standards for himself and that translates into holding the other contractors accountable for their work as well. We didn't have any major hiccups, but any small problems that popped up- he would handle himself and it never felt like a burden that I had to take on. We have been so happy both with the way the finished product turned out and the construction process which can often be disruptive. Lance is extremely detail oriented and this translates to beautiful, quality workmanship. Lance and his team were extremely courteous while in our house and took special measures to protect the floors they had to walk through to get to the bathroom and dust protection for adjacent rooms. They never left tools out or a big mess for me to clean up at the end of the day. I was especially thankful for this as I have small children who would definitely get into anything left lying around. Lance would personally check the work of his contractors and make sure it was up to his standards. And he absolutely never made me feel bad about asking questions, or asking for minor changes or fixes. If you are thinking about doing a renovation project and want to feel supported in the process, Paradise is the place for you.
We couldn’t be happier with the work that was done on our renovation! Highly recommend Lance and his team!
Lance did a large renovation for our home, self performing and managing subcontractors. He communicates well and definitely wants the work he is doing to be of top quality. When issues arose (as to be expected in any renovation) we worked through them professionally and as a team to provide great solutions. He and his team were great to work with and I would highly recommend his company. Would work with him again. Thanks Lance!
Great experience working with Lance (and Matt) on updating my kitchen counters and cabinets. Communication was much better than I have experienced with other contractors. Lance is very responsive and sticks to the schedule he promises. Any issues, no matter how minor, he addressed immediately. I'd highly recommend Paradise Construction
