Plumber walked away from the job because he underbid it. No explanation, no apology, not even a goodbye. He just told his guys to go back to the office and they all left without saying a word. Extremely unprofessional and a breach of contract considering I signed their estimate and they took a deposit. FYI- Nothing changed from the time he bid on the job and his estimate was inline with the 2 other quotes that I received. It put me in a bad spot and cost me a week of delays. I will say that the women were nice over the phone. They are the ones that explained what happened and processed the refund.

An on going issue was immediately repaired, accurately, as well as the very next day after a late night weekend call! Tommy was super knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely neat.

Tom Melo is exceptional and explains the work thoroughly. He also has expertise needed to service my Navien system and makes suggestions about maintenance needed in order to avoid last minute problems. I had my Navien tankless system serviced recently. Tom was my technician and he quickly pointed out my exhaust pipe inside the basement came loose. He shut everything down, replaced some parts and had us up and running in no time. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to show me everything that my system needed and the result of his repairs. I highly recommend Kwik Plumbing, especially for Navien Water Heaters. Upon moving into our new home and being unfamiliar with this system we had some major issues with the system due to the prior owner’s lack of preventative maintenance. Tommy came the same day and totally rebuilt the unit. He also worked with the manufacturer and ensured this was all under warranty.
