L A Cleaning & Restoration Services describes itself on Angi as a complete cleaning and restoration service that offers green cleaning and carpet and upholstery work. In an August 2025 Angi review, a customer who booked a one-time deep cleaning of their apartment said the crew worked from the bathroom through the walk-in closet, bedroom, living room and kitchen after being shown the dust and black cat hair on the white baseboards, and left the apartment spotless. An August 2026 customer said the cleaners each seemed to have specific areas and went straight to them. An April 2023 customer said the company deep cleaned a rental property, then painted the apartment, renovated a bathroom including replacing two ceilings, fixed the plumbing and updated electrical work, with Linda overseeing the project. A May 2026 first-time customer was unsatisfied with the price point and the cleaning, and called the owner a tad abrupt. A September 2023 customer did not feel the cleaning was top notch for the money. An October 2022 customer warned that paying for 3 hours meant a two-person crew working an hour and a half each. Angi shows 4.5★ from 230 ratings.
The ladies who came in to clean were very professional . They got right work. It seemed to me they all had specific areas to clean and they went straight to it. The owner was very easy to work with!
Excellent job excellent Customer Service
This was my first time hiring a cleaning service. Very unsatisfied with the "price point" and also how she prices. Also, cleaning was not done to my Satisfaction. Owner is a tad bit on the abrupt and "cocky" side. Would not use her services going forward. Would not recommend.
Punctual ...efficient ...courteous .......Superior Job!
It was very easy to get a reasonable quote for two people to do a one-time deep cleaning of my apartment for three hours. I’ve lived here five years and have only done the cleaning myself during that time. When they arrived I pointed out a couple of things that had been bothering me, such as the accumulation of dust and black cat hair on the white baseboards. I quickly got out of their way as they started in on the bathroom, later working their way through the walk in closet, bedroom, living room, and finally the kitchen. Their attention to detail is commendable! They took great care in moving items around to get every nook and cranny, ultimately leaving my apartment spotless. I was really impressed with the results and have already recommended this company to a friend.
