The company describes itself as an experienced business that has served the area for years. A recent customer asked for an estimate to replace a 2-window unit. An estimator came out, took measurements and said he would have a figure by the next day; the customer says a week went by with nothing, they left another message, and they are still waiting. A 2025 customer said they came home to find their couch in the middle of the living room, pushed through their area rug, which was folded up underneath, with the curtains thrown on top, and called it very unprofessional. A 2025 reviewer called the communication, service and follow-up poor. A 2024 customer said the people were great but the windows they got had no guarantee. That 2024 customer said one window upstairs cracked within a year and they were told the company no longer makes that type of window, and that a second window downstairs had a small crack. A 2023 customer said the company sided their home and described the workers as courteous, punctual and knowledgeable.
I called and requested an estimate on replacement of a 2 window unit. I left a message & received a call back the following week. A friendly estimator arrived took measurements and told me he would have a figure by the next day. I waited a week & nothing. I called and left another message, because they never pick up their phone. And I'm still waiting. A simple quick phone call explaining the problem would appease me. But, ignoring your loyal customers is a really bad way to conduct business. It surprises me you still have a business. It is safe to say, you have lost this customer & word of mouth travels very fast.
Came home to my couch in the middle of the living room, pushed through my area rug, which was all folded up underneath, and my curtains thrown on top. I worked as a technician in homes for many years. I would be extremely embarrassed to leave someone's belongings like this. Very unprofessional.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR SERVICE, POOR FOLLOW UP ... A WASTE OF TIME
The people are great, good service but the windows we got, I found out have no guarantee. When one cracked upstairs within one year we were told that the company don't make that type of window anymore. Another of our windows downstairs has a small crack. And I have to get them replaced through a glass company. I let the first one go but now i see a second one and it's only been 4 years sad..
They did a great job siding our home. Workers were courteous, punctual, knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. We are very pleased.
