Douglas Roofing

Originally quoted for the garage and select portion of the house to be replaced. Had a mix up and ended up with the whole house stripped. Douglas stepped up and made it right replacing the entire roof with the original agreement. They were honest and responsive with communication, not to mention fast with less than a week between getting the quote and the roof being replaced. Couldn't recommend them enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. I would not do business with this company, They refuse to honor a warranty on my roof because the previous owner of the house had work done In 2024, and now it's 2026, Nothing has changed on the house roof wise besides ownership of the property. They also did not really give me much evidence of what was done to the roof, they refuse to let me see any invoice and just brush me aside. The picture they sent could be of anybody's invoice. That is a very unprofessional reason and a cheap way to get out of any mistakes the company made on the roof. I will continue to tell people to avoid this company and find someone who will stand behind their warranty. I called four different roofing company's to see if new ownership voids the warranty and all four said it does not. These companies also told me whoever the company is decides if the warranty can be moved to new ownership or not. If a company can just decides whenever they want to not honor a warranty then you should not do any business with them. Douglas Roofing is on purpose not allowing the transfer of warranty ownership because they would NOT make any money of this. Douglas Roofing warranty is a SCAM since it doesn't exist for my house because the company just says so.

Things don't always go perfectly the first time, and the way a company responds to a complaint says a lot about them. Douglas Roofing earned my five-star review by handling my problems and concerns swiftly and professionally. Douglas Roofing came highly recommended. The roof of our older home proved to be more challenging to replace than anyone realized, and the team from Douglas Roofing who came to work on it ended up rushing through some parts of the job near the end, missing some small but key steps that were necessary for a complete and satisfactory job and leaving the ground around our house littered with nails and old shingles. When we contacted Douglas Roofing the next day to talk over what to do to fix it, Douglas himself was at our home as soon as he could get there to survey the job. He promised to make it right. Within 24 hours, he was back with the team putting everything in order. They fixed everything to a high standard and left the site looking immaculate. Douglas shook our hands on the way out the door, apologized for the fact that things weren't done right the first time, and did one last check before leaving to make sure we were happy - and we were. We feel very well taken care of, and our new roof looks beautiful (and like it was done right!). Thank you, Douglas Roofing, for your good customer service and for your integrity. The roofing crew arrived under threatening skies. They stripped off all the old shingles, installed Rhino roofing under-layment and then shingled the entire roof in 6 hrs. The rain didn't stop them, they cleaned everything up in a timely fashion and were gone before it got dark. To say that I was impressed was an understatement. I highly recommend this company.

Douglas roofing is A1 in my book. I was selling my house and needed a roof asap.
