⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Still Impressed One Year Later I’ve been the designated reviewer‑type person who waits a full orbit of the earth before writing a “long‑term” review — not because I enjoy procrastination (well… maybe a little), but because I want to see if something still shines after the newness wears off. In the case of Pine State Seamless Gutters, it turns out the glow hasn’t faded a bit — it’s still gleaming like a well‑installed gutter under a Maine downpour. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely taken care of. Audrey answered the phone with a warmth and professionalism that would make your grandma feel comfortable leaving her dessert recipes with a stranger. Then Kelly came out, not just with an estimate, but with a detailed map of how our home would be protected — accurate, thorough, and thoughtful in every way possible. Funny enough, I was literally out of town the entire time this all unfolded. But between calls with family and exchanges with the team, I had zero worries. That level of trust doesn’t come with every contractor — it comes from people who give a damn about what they’re doing and how they do it. Sure, I’ve seen the odd review out there from folks who felt left hanging — you know, the kinds of complaints you’d expect when expectations don’t align with one another. But our experience was the exact opposite: communication was clear, the install was impressive, and — over a year later — our gutters have been solid, sturdy, and doing exactly what they promised rain or snow came along. As a high-end builder on the Westcoast, you'd expect a few things that need adjusting after the first year - but our gutters are flowing great! Here’s the best part: I still appreciate their attention to detail. I appreciate it now just as much as the day after the install — which, let’s be honest, is rare. You often hear that time reveals the truth of a job well done — well, Pine State passed that test with flying colors. The product has held up beautifully, the team’s care still resonates, and while I hope we never need new gutters (seriously… these things are rugged), if we did? Pine State Seamless Gutters would be the first call. Highly recommended — to neighbors, friends, family, and anyone who wants service with substance and a smile to boot.
Absolutely fantastic work. I asked for a few added items and every request was happily and expertly done. Beautiful job! Thank you
Not a trustworthy company. One gutter installed pitches to the center badly and was not hung with agreed upon spacing (6+ feet between some brackets). They installed damaged downspouts and said they would be back to replace them in a day or two. Kelly, the owner, has multiple times said she’d be out or send a crew. Each time they have been no call no show. Kelly has now not answered emails or calls in a couple weeks. Both issues could easily be resolved and we have been patient in waiting for a resolution (months now) but Kelly is now completely unresponsive. If this review is still up, unedited, our home is still in need of repair. I would encourage anyone considering this company to look at the reviews on Home Advisor. We are not the only customers Kelly has taken money from and left hanging.
Kelly and John did an amazing job on the gutters for our home. The gutters matched the color of our home and the house is beautiful. When we have a rain storm , I will never have to worry about our basement flooding again Kelly is very sweet and caring. My grandkids were playing outside while they were working and they were understanding . A nice experience. ❤️
We had gutters installed at our home. One gutter was hung so poorly it sags and holds water in the middle. Every downspout installed was dented and scratched. We were promised they would be right back out to fix the issues. Kelly Mills took the payment based on the agreement but has since been evasive. It has been months and she has now stopped responding to text or emails. Not a trustworthy company.
