Laila and her partner provided a thorough cleaning for my one bedroom apartment in downtown Boston. Their work exceeded all of expectations. I have a pet and the apartment had not been cleaned in quite sometime. They did a wonderful job throughout and I plan to sign for a recurring cleaning. My highest of recommendations.
Laila was great! She and her team did an excellent job cleaning our house, going above and beyond what we had agreed upon. She was very professional to communicate with and was one of the best values I found for the work I needed done. I would hire her again.
I reached out to Laila after months of not having cleaners (pre COVID!) because although I do try to clean my apartment, it always seems like I'm never satisfied/it takes me FOREVER. Laila responded immediately and was here the next day! In speaking with Laila, I felt so comfortable that I even told her how to get into my apartment to start because I was going to be in a meeting. When I got home, there were three (beautiful!!!!!) girls, working DILIGENTLY in different rooms to get the apartment clean and smelling amazing. One thing I noticed was that they all took the time to move decor etc to clean UNDERNEATH which is always something that cleaners in the past have not done and it's always bothered me. I told myself this would be a one time cleaning and that I would do it again in a few months as I am trying to save money where I can, especially if I can do something on my own, but I booked Laila and her sister Rafaela / her friend Chris to repeat this cleaning in 2 weeks because it felt so nice to come home to a clean beautiful space. They were so professional but also so down to earth that I felt as though we've been friends for years. THANK YOU LAILA!!!!! So happy I stumbled upon your thumbtack profile!
