Lakeside Construction is a Standish builder that describes itself on the Better Business Bureau as specializing in new construction, additions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling and general contracting. Its website says it has been in business 27 years, and its Houzz profile, under the name Lakeside Kitchen & Bath, describes a Standish design showroom carrying lines of cabinetry. The Better Business Bureau gives it an A+. A 2024 customer said they worked with Lakeside Construction to rebuild their lakefront home, and wrote that the owner, Joe Williams, knew Maine's Shoreland Zoning Regulations well. A 2024 customer with a house on Sebago Lake said the company had worked on several projects there since they bought it in 2020, including relocating the kitchen from the front of the house to the back. A 2026 customer said they bought kitchen cabinets through Lakeside Construction for the kitchen of their 200-year-old farmhouse, and that designer Jeanne designed the kitchen and suggested where to look for countertops, flooring, sink and lighting.
