Kara presented a sales plan within a day or two of my request. It was a thorough property analysis with comparable sales in my area. My home was in a resort town and the property was listed during the off-season. At first, I thought Kara suggested an asking price that might be too high for this time of the year But she was quite confident in her analysis She staged the property and arranged a clean out at the time of the closing. Communications were frequent and Kara’s support Staff was a key asset in this transaction.The property closed on time and on budget only slightly short of the asking price. Over the past several decades, I have bought and sold many properties. This was the easiest transaction that I can recall.
