Pamela provided outstanding support in all phases of our move from Michigan to Falmouth! We found her responsiveness, knowledge of local market conditions, and ability understand our needs to be second to none! We first reached out to Pamela from MI on a property of interest in November 2023. Pamela was sending us video of the house as well as the local area within a few hours of the inquiry! We were quickly able to decide that that house was not quite right. Pamela then helped us (again remotely) with an offer on a second house that while a good fit it was also highly sought and we were out bid. Although it did not work out, Pamela was extremely helpful and I felt confident in my offer as well as the understanding that it would be a "long-shot" given numerous other offers in play. My wife and I then traveled to the Cape and looked at several more properties in person with Pamela. This time we found our new home. It was another long-shot but provided the edge that led to success. We are so happy with the new home (it turned out to be the best on the bunch) and consider Pamela friend of the family:-)
