Lan Floor Care

Lan Floor Care is a word-of-mouth business in the most literal sense. A customer writing in June 2026 said their grandmother used Lan for her floors years ago, then their parents, then their brother, then a friend, and finally them. Lan works out of Randolph, refinishing and installing wood floors around the area, and he is the person customers deal with directly — he quotes the job and he is on site with his crew. The work people describe is restoration more than replacement. A June 2026 customer had hardwood and stairs refinished and old radiator holes patched. In January 2026 someone had an old wood floor that had spent years under linoleum brought back. A September 2024 customer needed new boards spliced into damaged areas and wrote that you cannot tell the new wood from the old. Speed and price come up constantly. An April 2025 customer had a living room, dining room and two bedrooms finished in two days, and the crew vacuumed the walls and windows before leaving. A November 2025 customer got an estimate over the phone and had Lan out the same day to confirm it. On a May 2024 job, when the materials came in cheaper than the estimate, he cut the price. Price is also where the complaints live. In January 2024 a customer wrote that they paid Lan $2,100 and then paid someone else $2,200 to fix the result, and added photos to the review. In April 2025 a second one-star reviewer said they had gone with the cheaper quote against their own better judgement and regretted it. Pulling the other way, a November 2024 customer called Lan in after another floor contractor had destroyed their floor and came away satisfied.
