A 2025 customer lifted a roughly 30-year-old carpet in a daughter's room and said they had a quote from Bob within 24 hours. That 2025 customer said the floor was sanded, cleaned and given its first coat on the first day, and that Bob came out on a Saturday to get the final coat done. A 2022 customer said new oak hardwood floors were installed throughout the first floor, with the existing hardwood stairs and upstairs hallway refinished to match. A 2020 customer said Bob and his worker put down new vinyl plank flooring in a rental and also refinished the hardwoods in that customer's house. A 2018 customer said Bob Lancellotta and his assistant put down rosin paper in their walkway on a rainy day and completed a bathroom floor in one day. A 2017 customer said the quote came informally by email, and that the person who gave the quote was the one doing the work. A 2017 customer said the company ripped out a moldy-smelling rug in the basement, put in vinyl flooring, and the smell was gone. A 2017 customer described a refinish that went wrong: the color used was maple while the existing floor was brown, and stain was splattered on painted wainscoting.
