In a 2017 review, a customer described an excavator delivered the evening before; the man delivering it pulled down one of their utility lines, and when Justin came the next morning he pointed it out and took full responsibility for another company's error. That customer said they did a great job digging, saved the lilac bushes, kept them informed, dealt with the water department directly for inspections, shutoffs and turn-ons, and billed lower than quoted. In another 2017 review, a customer said Justin showed up on time, worked with them on their scheduling and budget, let them work alongside him as the project progressed, and came out on a day he was not planning to be on site to help with a delivery of dirt. That customer's one reservation was that Justin worked 10-hour days, which they called very long for hard outdoor work.
