Buyer beware. There is a reason this place keeps changing their name. Hired them to repair a timber retaining wall. They are very responsive when they want your money. When it comes time to do the job, you get repeated no call no shows. Four times they said that they'd be out to work, four times I was blown off. No phone calls, no text, nothing. A bevy of other issues with this company as well. Completely mismanaged. They had to borrow some of MY tools to do the job. Yes, that is correct, borrowed my tools. We had a small bee issue, you would think that a landscaper would have a can of bee spray on their truck somewhere, right? Wrong. Maybe they would have had their own tools or bee spray if they actually had a truck to work out of. Not only did they not have a truck, they didn't have their own transportation. When they did show up, 2 people would be dropped off in front of my house to work. So many issues with this place. I paid half up front, before the job was over they asked for another payment so that they could make payroll one week. How is making payroll my problem? Several times throughout the job I asked about the old wood being removed. I was rightfully concerned because they had no wheels. I was assured the wood would be gone when they were done. The last day that they were at my house the only thing left to do was to get rid of all the old wood. I was assured that they would be out to pick up the wood in 2 days. But I just had to pay the remaining payment. And like an idiot I paid the remaining balance, and that was the last time I saw them. I was told 3 other times thru text that the wood would removed on a certain day and each time no one showed up and no one called. 3 weeks have passed, i get no answer from the owner and I have a pile of old wood sitting on my front lawn. I was going to let this go and just remove the wood myself. My wife recently on FB posted about the issues with this company. Someone from the company reached out to my wife, accused my wife of trying to play victim, then begrudgingly assured her that they would be personally in touch with her the following day to figure a way to get rid of the old wood and that there was now a removal fee, but that they would wave the fee. The next day came, and another no call no text. I'm done with this place and whoever reads this should be too.
