Landscaping by J Michael

Called for an estimate to plow driveway, mow lawn and spring and fall cleanup. Estimater came, was very nice and was going to provide 3 separate quotes. Waited 10 days for quote - nothing. Called company because I thought they may have wrong email and I missed the info. Was told estimater would get back to me right away. That was over 2 weeks ago and am still waiting. Very disappointed.

They were the really the first professional landscaper that we had used. I was very unhappy with the work. I was very unhappy with the employees. I found that there was a lot of attitude there that I have never had from my new landscaper. I was extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience. I thought the employees with snippy and one guy was laughing at me when I said something. I was just very very unhappy with that experience and we never used another professional landscaper for the longest time because of our experience with J Michael landscaping. If I had to work again with them, which I would never do. I just found that the whole experience really soured me on professional landscapers. They were also expensive.

Bad experience

Landscaping By J Michael was the best choice for patio installation in Pembroke. Their crew installed a stunning patio with excellent craftsmanship, and they made sure to clean up after themselves. I love spending time outside now!

Had some dead plants and a tree under warranty and Mije came out. Within a couple days his crew replaced them and did a great job. After sale support is very important, and J. Michael held up his end. Highly recommended.
