“I loved Lang HVAC in the lakes region.”
“Danny Lang with Lang’s HVAC from Dalton, New Hampshire, was called in to examine the unit and provide recommendations. Hoping for a quick solution, Lang’s HVAC first attempted to prolong the original unit’s lifespan with some patches and small fixes. However, it quickly became clear that a full replacement was necessary when they needed to return to service the boiler within 24 hours of deploying the patches.”
The Best HVAc in the Lake's Region
Great experience getting a replacement hot water heater! The old unit was located in a tough place to navigate in and out of. Jim was very knowledgeable and handled it all very professionally. He was also very patient with me and the many questions I had for him. Nice job!
When we bought our 10-year-old 2,400 s.f. traditional New England center-hall colonial in Wolfeboro, we were surprised to find that it had no central air conditioning - a must with this design in this climate. We asked our agent for a recommendation on a local HVAC contractor, and she said, "Only one: Dan Lang of Lang's HVAC in Alton. They are the best." She was right. Dan came out personally to assess the HVAC needs for our house. He convinced me that central air would be the best system for our house, rather than the "splits" that are often used. As I had previous experience with HVAC installations in a variety of applications, I knew he was right. Lang's designed and installed a system with two 2.5-ton Rheem compressors and air handlers, two zones, one set for each floor, with the air handlers in the attic and the basement and the compressors behind the house (see photos). The Lang's installation crews were friendly, professional, well-trained, highly efficient, and very respectful of our property. The lead tech consulted us on the location of every single register and return (see photos), which were all perfectly installed. They also consulted us on the routing of the ductwork prior to its installation. The crew worked clean every day. The job was completed on time, and on budget. We ended up with the perfect system for our house. It responds instantly when we change the temp on one of the Honeywell programmable thermostats (see photo), delivering a fresh, cool, quiet, even, and gentle air flow into every room in the house. I give Lang's HVAC of Alton, NH my highest recommendation.
Called Langs as they are an LG pro dealer to service my mini split that was installed by a different company. Langs was great to deal with, communication was excellent. They also worked through making sure I was still covered under my factory warranty. Would totally recommend this company
Langs replaced our oil furnace with a propane furnace, our hot water heater, and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, timeliness, responsiveness, and thoughtfulness. They're great!
