Mike was very knowledgeable and professional with returning calls in a timely manner. He ended up being able to triage and walk me through fixing a low pressure error on my water heater over the phone. Thanks!
They never returned my calls or message.
Great professional plumbers. Had a clogged drain . They worked hard and didn’t give up. Great people great service. Highly recommended !!!!
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I thought a special shout out was necessary for Mike and his crew. While thousands of miles away on vacation, our Nest thermostat went offline during a recent storm and power outage. Temperatures were in the single digits and storms had knocked out power in the area. We noticed the offline thermostat on Christmas Eve! After contacting Mike, he went to check on the house CHRISTMAS MORNING! He was able to shut off the water and drain the house before any additional damage occurred. He came back the next day and got the system running, fixing any damages. Not only was Mike amazingly responsive, but he did a thorough job repairing the system. He was able to minimize the potential bigger damages by responding immediately over the Christmas holiday. His responsiveness was AMAZING! We highly recommend Mike and Mahoney Plumbing!
