A 2022 customer said the company built an addition for them that had several issues: the entry door didn't close properly, the trim was uneven and pieced together, the ridge vent was falling off, and the roof trim was not done correctly. That 2022 customer said they took care of most of the issues themselves and asked the company to fix the roof, and was asked to pay an additional $800, which the customer refused. The same 2022 customer said there was then no response at all, and advised anyone hiring them to inspect everything before making final payment.
