Lawns Plus Inc is a landscaping business at 364 Boston Ave in Medford, run by president William Bernardnelli; its BBB profile lists 41 years in business. Google shows a 3.7-star rating from three ratings. In a 2021 review, a customer called the work poor quality and said that after they tried talking to the owner, he never came back to address it or let them know. Ask about the crew and scope of work up front, and get the timeline and any callback policy in writing before signing — a reasonable step for a long-running Medford landscaper.
