We had LC Appliance come out to the house to look at our 15year old Samsung that was freezing over. A tech came out to assess, it took a few weeks for the parts to come in, then a different tech came to install the new parts. Worked great for a few weeks, but started getting water in the deli drawer and condensation along the back of the fridge. From the time I called LC Appliance saying there was an issue with the repair, to our fridge getting back into working order was less than 18 hours! Carlos came to the house, let my curious 2-year-old watch everything he was doing, defrosted the fridge and repaired the heating element. They didn’t get it fixed on the first pass, but they made it right. If I start having issues with any of my other appliances, I will definitely go with LC Appliances again.
watch out they scheme you. they claim the diagnostic repair goes to the whole repair however if you ask about the breakdown it’s an added fee.
