Leaf Filter sales agent was very personable and persuasive, so my wife and I decided to purchase the Leaf Filter gutter protection system. The sales agent later forgot to forward financing forms for my signature, which led to being dunned by their people for full payment. The sales agent did promptly resolve this matter however. Installation of the system was unsatisfactory however. First, the installers, 2 men who barely spoke or understood English, arrived in an unmarked van, wore no Leaf Filter company logo nor did they offer identification of any kind. They left screws on the ground, as well as pieces of LF product including one larger plastic piece that fell and remained on our pool motor electric cord (which luckily was undamaged). No one inspected the actual installed system, so we have no assurance that it has been done well and professionally. We can only hope so.

I don’t believe they cleaned the gutters before installing the leaf filter

The person doing the estimate arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. We determined that I did not need to have the whole house done, only a small portion of the gutter. The installation tech arrived as scheduled and was finished in about 15 minutes. He was courteous, and so very efficient. This was a great experience for me
