Most painters get hired to paint. Homeowners keep hiring LeBlanc Painting for what happens before the brush comes out. The Littleton shop at 435 King St describes itself as a residential and commercial painter working Middlesex County, offering interior and exterior painting plus wood rot repair. Littleton's own town business list names Gerard LeBlanc at that address alongside a 1998 date. Reviewers call him Jerry, and they tend to mention his sons in the same breath — a 2025 reviewer wrote about "Gerry and his sons" being easy to deal with. The written history runs 26 Google reviews from 2022 into 2026, every one of them five stars, against a 4.8 average across 32 ratings. Read them end to end and the same job keeps surfacing: rot found, rot replaced, then paint. In a review posted this August a homeowner described the crew swapping damaged cedar siding along tricky rooflines, replacing porch decking and rebuilding the cupola above the garage before two coats went on the body of the house. A June 2026 reviewer described an entire rear wall — window included — taken back to plywood and sheetrock, then rebuilt so the repair didn't show. The painting gets described in process terms rather than adjectives. A June 2025 homeowner walked through the sequence: loose paint scraped, sanded and primed, two coats of finish on the body, windows, frames, fascia and trim stained, soffits sealed, garage doors painted. Crew names recur through the 2025 and 2026 reviews — Jared, Romario and Joao — and daily cleanup comes up again from 2023 through 2025. Repeat business shows too: a 2024 reviewer was on their second exterior with the company, and a 2025 reviewer said a couple of neighbours were already lined up. The paperwork is where to push. BuildZoom's profile carries an alert reading "No active license on file" and says it was unable to verify a licence with the licensing board. The BBB page, opened in 2017, is not accredited and sits at Not Rated because BBB says it has insufficient information to issue one. Given that the work homeowners describe runs well past a brush — siding, decking, rotted structure — ask to see the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and the insurance certificates before anything is signed. One more thing worth knowing: every written review on file sits on Google, so there is no second platform to cross-check, and BBB and BuildZoom each show none of their own. Nothing negative appears anywhere in that record. For an older New England house with soft clapboard and trim that needs surgery before colour, that is a strong case, if a single-source one. Pin down the registration and get the carpentry scope in writing, and the rest of the history argues for itself.
“LeBlanc Painting Painting Gerard LeBlanc 435 King St 1998 2025/01”
LeBlanc Painting did a fantastic job on our home. They were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with throughout the entire project. They handled significant prep and carpentry work before painting—replacing damaged cedar siding along tricky rooflines and lower walls, replacing our small porch decking, and rebuilding the cupola above our garage. The finish work with two coats on the house body and a coat on the trim is top-quality. Professional, clean, and highly skilled—we’d hire them again in a heartbeat!
Leblanc has an awesome team and our house has never looked better. We appreciate all the amazing work you did.
Master craftsman repaired my rotted home to look like new. Jared’s team were professional every step of the way in seeing the repairs needed to my home and listening to my feedback on work they did. They repaired an entire section of my home in the rear entailing replacing a wall with the window in it down to the plywood and sheetrock and repairing to look as though no repair was made. Replaced siding in many areas and repaired all rotted out areas in a home with no gutters (so water damage was significant). I recommend LaBlanc painting for your exterior paintinb job or other project. Detail oriented and thorough while fairly priced though not the lowest bid it was the right bid as it reflected the work needed accurately. Bruce Carlyle Pietsch
Jerry and Jared did a great job painting the exterior of our home. We found more rot than expected but they did a wonderful job repairing it all. Very professional job. Romario led the team doing the work and did an excellent job communicating everything he found. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Romario do the work for you.
We were very happy with LeBlanc painting and would happily choose them again. Communication with Jerry and Jared about our services was excellent, and Joao and crew were really thorough with carpentry, scraping a ton of old paint and putting on new coats. They did a great job. Pretty sure we already have a couple of neighbors ready to hire LeBlanc at this point as well :)
