Sean MacAdie runs two sides of the same shop out of 215 Whitcomb Ave in Littleton: Straight Shooters General Contracting, and alongside it Straight Shooters Painting, which takes residential and commercial painting work. The contracting side's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #177695, is active on the state registry, held in MacAdie's name. BuildZoom's page for the business lists nine permitted jobs; its Houzz profile carries seven projects. The advertised range is wide for a shop this size — design/build, kitchen and bath remodels, roofing, basement and attic finishing, custom finish carpentry, and window, flooring, carpet and door installation, plus snow plowing and ice dams, gutter cleaning and power washing. That mix suits a homeowner who would rather hire one outfit for a remodel and the painting that follows it than line up two. Ask which of the nine permitted jobs most resembles yours, and get the scope, the schedule and the registration number written into the contract before anyone starts.
