Another 2025 review says the driver came back and fetched a trash bin the writer had put away after mixing up the holiday week schedule. In a 2024 review, a Southbridge property owner said they got the company's dumpster for construction multiple times and never had any problems. A 2024 review says that when they empty a container, they put it back on the sidewalk with the cover closed. In a 2026 review, a company owner working across the street said employees swore, made obscene gestures and threats, and called the police while the writer was cleaning up. This place was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m a company owner who was working on a job across the street. Yesterday, after cleaning up the property, dirt was apparently moved back into the school parking lot. When I returned this morning, I found the mess and addressed it as part of cleaning up my work area. I had already experienced an issue with one of their employees yesterday. While we were working, dust and dirt unfortunately got onto her car. Instead of simply asking us to clean it off, she became extremely confrontational, swearing at us and calling us names. Today, while I was cleaning up, employees came outside again, swearing at me, making obscene gestures, and making threats. They then called the police because I was there cleaning up the mess. It’s unfortunate that a situation that could have been handled respectfully turned into this. As a business owner, I believe professionalism and basic respect should go both ways. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
They dont deserve a star but unfortunately I have to in order to write this. These drivers dont care about your safety at all . I called because one of their trucks were going way to fast for the rd I live on in ware there's a bad corner and they don't even slow down . Dont look for anyone coming around the corner. They are going to hurt someone's child or someone walking. Apparently the office people dont give a damn about it either. I told them I was calling police she pretty much didnt give a shit. Keep your children and loved ones safe when they are on your rd.
They said they don't talk to Women differently from Men but then go and cancel a new contract literally within a 24 hour period because they are offended that a Woman suggests it to them as they are trying to force the customer to use used and dirty trash and recycle totes at the start of a new service contract. That's how they treat new customers. Run. Don't walk. No one should have to deal with Men's super sensitive egos at the start of a new trash service contract.
Recycle pick up this past Monday didn't happen! I called the office and the feedback was the dumpster was not roadside when driver passed the area. I responded that my recycle dumpster was roadside on Sunday! The next response was that I had left the garbage dumpster instead of the recycle! Again lame reply! I certainly know the difference and the recycle dumpster is still roadside! I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years and it is unacceptable that I received this type of reply. Mistakes happen and own up to it! That simple! Their attitude and poor customer service should affect others when they consider Rubbish Removal Services!
I’d give 0 stars if I could. One of the girls working the phone is incredibly rude and loves to run her mouth through the phone. They charge a $35 per bin removal fee when you cancel them which is outrageous. They don’t care about their customers and the owner Eric is a piece of work too. Save yourself the hassle and get a different company, chances are it’ll save you money anyway since these people are so expensive. Their low 2.5 star rating speaks for itself
