The Revere job does show a contractor who can run a full two-room remodel and handle what turns up behind the wall. Before signing anything, ask directly whether HIC #130422 and CS-059867 have been reinstated, verify both yourself with Mass.gov and the Department of Public Safety, and get a certificate of insurance and a workers' compensation certificate in hand.
