Level Up, a Norwalk masonry company, redid a bluestone walkway, front granite steps and a back patio for a Westchester customer who reviewed it on Google in September 2026. Google shows 4.9 stars from 94 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0 from 10. The recent Google reviews describe stone and concrete work around the house. An August 2026 customer whose driveway was due to be redone said Roberto came out to assess it, provided a clear quote and made sure all of the necessary permits were handled before work began. A September 2026 customer who first hired Level Up to build a patio a few years ago has since had it back for a waterproofing project, a front walkway and retainer wall, and patio maintenance with power washing and polymeric sand. In an August 2026 review, a customer whose retaining wall had deteriorated said Roberto explained it could be saved, and the team made it look like new. Another August 2026 customer had 90 sq ft of flagstone treads on a front porch replaced, done in 2 days. A July 2026 customer had a new concrete floor put in an old garage, and a June 2026 customer had chimney work done after another contractor's job on it. The older reviews tell the same kind of story. A few years ago, I hired Level Up to build a patio for my home, and they did an amazing job. The patio came out beautifully, and I was very happy with the quality of their work. Some time later, I contacted them again for a waterproofing project, and once again, they did an excellent job and made sure everything was done properly. I had Roberto come back for Another job which was my front walkway and retainer wall both came out beautifully!! Recently, the patio was due for some maintenance, including power washing and reapplying polymeric sand. I reached out to Roberto, and he came out and did another fantastic job. It’s great to work with someone you can rely on year after year. I have recommended Roberto to my friends and family to use for various projects. They have used him for more than one job as well. I highly recommend Roberto and Level Up to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and reliable service. I’ve had a great experience with them every time!
