I only have praise for Oscar and his team! Everyone on the team—from scheduling to the masons—are very pleasant and mindful. Any follow up concerns I had, they went out of their way to ensure everything was right for us. Coming by a company with this kind of integrity is rare these days. We had a failing chimney and fireplace that had to be repaired for our home purchase; Oscar and his crew generously came out on Christmas week working around a snowstorm to help us out- now the chimney and fireplace look and function like new. The pricing was very reasonable as well. We are very happy customers, and I highly recommend Quality 1st Maintenance to anyone without reservation.

Oscar found the perfect insert to replace the broken fireplace insert and then identified an electrical issue AND brought in an electrician to fix it. Oscar's team carefully protected my house durning the install and explained everything to me as he was doing it. I cannot recommend Quality 1st highly enough. Professional, responsive and just an all around good guy.

Safety and workmanship were clearly their top priorities, and I truly felt in good hands throughout the entire process. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all safety instructions and protocols, making sure everything was done correctly and to code. The quality of the installation speaks for itself — professional, precise, and thoughtfully executed. Cleanliness deserves special mention. Despite trudging through snow and ice all day, they kept my home spotless during the install and left it just as clean afterward. That level of care is rare and very appreciated. When it turned out I didn’t have a required wall board, Oscar went above and beyond — after already working a long, exhausting 9-hour day in my home, he personally drove to Lowe’s to get exactly what was needed so the job could be completed properly. That kind of dedication is hard to find. They were punctual, kept in regular communication, and followed through on everything they promised. The helpers were incredibly kind and respectful — just genuinely nice men. As a dog mom, it meant a lot to me that they treated my dogs like their own, with patience and kindness. On top of all that, their pricing was very fair — truly the best value on the market for the level of service, care, and expertise they provide. I would recommend Quality First without hesitation to anyone considering a wood stove installation. Professional, clean, safety-focused, and genuinely good people.
