I met with Nik from Happy Acres Property Maintenance this afternoon regarding hiring him to plow my driveway. He looked things over, quoted a price to plow, and I accepted his quote. We went over details such as how I would have the edge of the drive marked off with curb markers to make it easier for him to plow, since our drive is rather long. I advised where I would leave the check for him if I was not home. I stated, "So we're all set?" He advised that we were. Approx. 10 mins after he left, I received a phone call from him stating his business was not a good fit and I should find someone else. I stated that I thought we were all set. I asked him what had happened. He then hung up on me??!! Don't ask me what happened because I was not offered any explanation for his actions. I was left clueless why this had happened. All I know is that, as far as I was aware, everything went well and things were all set. Perhaps this was a blessing in disguise. If he is prepared to treat someone like this in such an offensive manner without offering any explanation for his actions, then he would not be the one I could rely on to keep my driveway cleared. How would I know he wouldn't just quit mid season leaving me stranded? Metaphorically, that's exactly what he just did.

He came and did my front and back yard .He did an excellent job.Very efficient and very well done.

Happy Acres has taken outstanding care of my mom's property for a full mowing season including initial cleanup, fall cleanup and shrubs trimming throughout the year.
