If I could give Jim 10 stars, I would without hesitation. He is responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Jim dropped what he was doing to help me during a dire situation and spent two days diagnosing and repairing a damaged underground power line. I could not be more impressed with Jim or the quality of his work. If you need an electrician, Light and Plug is the only place to call. After this experience, I will not work with anyone else. Thank you, Jim!

Jim is amazing. I had 3 professionals attempt to diagnose the problem with my dryer, to no avail. Jim came out on the day I called, did a thorough assessment and found the problem quickly, and repaired it correctly. He’s knowledgeable, communicative and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
