A recent customer had an emergency repair to get done on a weekend, with an entire apartment building without power, and said they were able to find the parts needed and repair it within a day. A 2025 customer who needed a junction box replaced ASAP said Chris was there the next day. In a 2025 review, a customer said they described their electrical problem to Chris, who advised calling CMP because it sounded like an issue on CMP's end; CMP found the problem was on its end, and the customer said that saved them a service call that would not have fixed anything. A 2024 customer said that during a deep freeze, when an electrical problem had stopped their heat, Conrad came over and had everything back up and running in less than an hour, and that later, when an outlet went, Chris walked them through fixing it without any service fee.
