Kevin was referred to us with our condo building mate .(Rae ). I called him , made appt. , eventually he came looked around , He left & said “I will put you on my schedule “ . We were waiting for estimate never get one .What we need upgrade our electric plugs & 5 fire alarms . Next door neighbor told us kevin changed 22 electric plugs , 5 fire alarms, & replacement of 2 electric fan in living room & sunroom for $1,400 in cash . We were waiting patiently every month or 2 months we called , he said too busy or being sick but we are still on his list . We were waiting for approximately 8 months , finally he texted me after New Years he will be here the end of next week . I thought it will be Thursday or Friday . We rearranged our appointment to make sure someone will be home .Next week came , no show or notifications .The following week Thursday night at 7:30 pm I received a phone call from Kevin that he will be in my place at 8 :00 am tomorrow. Then “I want to be paid after the job is done “ before I asked him what happen to him last week , no show & no communication that he is not coming . “ sorry”. Of course you will be paid “ cash or check what ever you want . Kevin came 08:40 am . . He was done by 3 pm , He said he changed 22 electric plugs , checked one ceiling fan light & 5 fire alarms . No itemize bill 9 hours labor for $ $1,785.75. We will never recommend him for seniors with fix income . WE PAID him CASH !!! He did more stuffs from our building mate than us . The only thing my building mate got estimate , we did not !!!!
