In a 2025 review, a customer said that while running new wires for the kids' rooms he drilled an extra hole in the wall by mistake, and when confronted the customer was told he is not a sheet rocker and does not fix holes.
I had a great experience. Isaac was very professional and knowledgeable. I'll definitely high him again.
Isaac is an outstanding professional, very personable, timely and efficient. He was able to come in, see what we wanted to do and come up with a cost effective and timely plan.
I hired Issac and his team, they were nice and professional. Did a walk though and we made a plan for what was needed . When they came to running new wires for the kids rooms he drilled an extra hole in wall by mistake . Took no responsibility for it or offered to fix it. I wasn?t drilling holes in my ceiling so where else would they come from? When I did bring it up he said he didn?t know it happened , which is weird because they drilled two hole from my attic -and only on went to the light fixture. He hit me up months later asking if I wanted more work done which was amazing to me becuase the work done was left sloppy in one room. By adding a light it left an extra hole in my wall and the ac outlet hanging . I confronted him again and was told he is not a sheet rocker and does not fix holes. Even though this hole was an accident from their company. If my business made a mistake it would be fixed immediately . When I pay someone to work on my home I expect better.
Excellent work and communication! Will hire Isaac again!
Awesome work. Fair quote, started work immediately, and left the home better than when he came. A gem. Exceeded expectations because he was tidy too!!!
