When buying a house on Cape Cod we can recommend Lighthouse! Michael and Jeanne were professional and very knowledgeable. The idea of a home inspection is not that the inspector is going to scare you away. If you scare easy you shouldn't be buying a house. Your home inspection should give you a detailed idea of what's going on in your potential purchase. And that is exactly what you'll get here. Very friendly and caring. Lighthouse did the inspection. Spent hours at the house. Tested everything. Delivered a detailed and easy to read report promptly. Included pictures to help us understand the issues. Had a courtesy follow up call to see if we had any questions. I knew right away what I might need to fix and what I could ask the seller to address. This was perfect if you're serious about being a buyer. Very happy with Lighthouse!
