Above and beyond! Dustin was at my house 8 minutes after I called him. I know that's not his typical response time, but it was a Saturday evening, I was a worried parent, he was the only one who picked up the phone, and happened to be close to my neighborhood. I suspected lead paint chips from my next-door neighbor's siding work had ended up in our yard. Since he was nearby, he stopped by to look in person and spent 30 minutes talking with us, even though he couldn't take on the job right away. He was about to start his lead remediation recertification, and I'm a renter rather than the property owner. Despite that, he took my concern seriously and pointed me in the right direction. It meant a lot that he gave up part of his weekend to help with something so stressful, and as a protective father himself, his parent-to-parent advice was especially valuable. Since then, he's followed up with useful information from his remediation class as he learned it, even though I hadn't paid him for anything. That's a real mark of integrity. Also, he's been very responsive, picking up the phone on the first ring and/or texting back very quickly if I had additional questions. I can't speak to his work product directly, but I can absolutely speak to his integrity and his compassion toward a family in a rough situation. Highly recommend.

We are so impressed with the outstanding service we received from Dustin at Lighthouse Restoration. Dealing with a water/mold issue is extremely stressful and Dustin quickly put our mind at ease after explaining his entire process and providing us with a detailed plan for remediation. His professionalism, honesty and genuine care for us as a customer was obvious from the start. He went above and beyond on the day of his service, even identifying and remedying additional issues he discovered along the way. Issues that I suspect most other companies would turn a blind eye to so they didn't have to deal with the extra work. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with water damage or mold. As I said to Dustin, I would LOVE to work with him again, but I really hope I don't have to. He will be the first company I call if I do encounter another water issue; that's for sure. Thanks again for the amazing service. You are a lifesaver!

I had an outstanding initial interaction with Dustin during a 30-minute phone call, he patiently discussed various inspection options, demonstrating his extensive expertise. Notably, he wasn't just looking to make a sale; he was genuinely invested in helping me find the best solution for my specific needs and offered immediate, practical solutions to address my concerns temporarily, showcasing his genuine commitment to client safety. Although I have not yet officially hired Dustin's mold inspection services, I can confidently say that I am already invested in working with him. His genuine care, extensive knowledge, and commitment to his clients are qualities that are hard to come by in the service industry. If the pre-service experience is any indication of the quality I can expect, I have no doubt that Dustin's mold inspection company is a cut above the rest.
