Lilly's Restoration

If you want the job done correctly do NOT hire Lilly’s restoration! They had me my two kids and partner living in a hotel for 4 months last year. For starters they are NOT LICENSED! The city placed a stop work order on my house because they started doing the work and didn’t pull permits with the city… they didn’t pull the permits because they aren’t licensed and know that they can’t pull permits … They also gave my insurance company a fake license number … They got 80k from my insurance company and got me clearance item replacements and unfinished cabinets for my kitchen and bathroom which were the two rooms that needed to be renovated. They even tried to not replace my appliances that they knew needed to be replaced and were given money to replace them. Ori who is the owner and goes by Aaron had his guys do work on my house that was not approved by my insurance company .. everything I had originally picked out as replacements Aaron came back and said there wasn’t enough money to get those items but they didn’t even spend 10k on replacement kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, appliances and flooring. And of course he said this after my insurance company had already paid him for the work. Long story short, do not hire them. They’re very unprofessional and have no idea what they’re doing. Go with someone else who has a good reputation and is well known for their work.

Rating 5 stars for a job well done. My 80 year old father's water heat tank leaked and flooded the basement, leading to water damage then mold. Glad I found Lillys to step in. The contractors did a great job with the mitigation and rebuild. Throughout the whole process they were super responsive to my texts and emails. I was very surprised and pleased how fast they would get back to me, no matter what time of the day. Especially as we never had to go through a scenario like this before. My father and I were never left hanging, wondering what was going on as we were kept informed every step of the way. They did everything they said and promised they would. I don't give 5 star reviews so easily, but here in this case it's a no trainer. Really appreciate Lillys for the excellent work they did. We would certainly recommend them to anyone who has a need for their type of services.

After experiencing a disastrous emergency and several attempts to alocate a restoration Company to help us, Lily's Restoration was the only one who didn't hesitate to help. They were quick concise and prompt to start dealing with my emegancy. This crew thus far has shown dedication & attentive to details! Very professional and thorough with their work. I have no complaints and is very satisfied with their work so far. I recommend them to any who needs a restoration disaster clean up.

I used Lilly's Restoration to fix a basement flood issue after a previous contractor barely did any work before ceasing all contact. The Staff were kind, courteous, and efficient in completing the job. Highly recommend this company for any and all home restoration needs.

I called Ori and his team after a storm and our basement flooded, their response time was amazing and they came over within 2 hours, after multiple companies couldn’t come for 2 days! They helped dry out the basement over several days and checked in multiple times during the week to ensure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend their team to anyone.
