A recent customer said water from a bathroom sink left on all night had reached the basement and soaked the floor and wall. That customer said the company was at their Chicopee home in less than an hour, took the water out with a pump, removed everything that was wet, and set up fans and dehumidifiers. Another recent customer said their parents' basement flooded from broken plumbing and that the company removed the water and any smell while keeping them informed. A 2026 customer whose basement flooded said MRG immediately began the water mitigation process.
