Our positive experience started with my call. I spoke to Miranda, she was willing and helpful to set up an appt. She was very pleasant. Armand has passion for his work and confidence to do the job with exceptional experience. He was hands on with the help of his crew. We were so pleased with the results! The before and after photo speaks for itself.
Little A was hired by my contractor to refinish the floors and fill in a gap that was there from a poor installation job before I bought the house. They did a good job on the refinishing, but did not fill the gap. The contractor reached out to them several times and did not hear back. I made several calls and sent several texts asking for a response to get the gap filled that should have already been done. Unfortunately, they were paid in full. They have not responded at all once they got the money. I would not recommend them unless you don't care about getting a reponse if there are any problems. Update: After posting the negative review, I received a phone call from Little A and they did come back and fix the gap and did a nice job. This could have been avoided if they just returned a phone call.
We had Armand and one of his employees come to restore our floors today, and we couldn't be happier! Trust me, our old wood floors had some serious issues, including rabbit urine stains, but Armand brought them back to life beautifully. Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but Armand offered a great price, which we really appreciate. He doesn’t need to work; he chooses to because he enjoys it, and that really shows in his dedication. Plus, he was interesting and kept us entertained throughout the process. Highly recommend their services!
We highly recommend Armand Turner and his crew! From our first interaction to the completion of the job, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. One thing that really stood out was that Armand was right there working alongside his team, just as described on the company’s website. The entire crew took great pride in their work and paid attention to every detail. Our hardwood floors are 23 years old, and we honestly didn’t think they could look this good again. The results exceeded our expectations—they look better than new! The team was respectful of our home, communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered outstanding craftsmanship. If you’re considering having your floors refinished, don’t hesitate to call Armand and his crew at Little A do exceptional work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
